CACAO, GOJI AND COCONUT PROTEIN BALLS

Makes 18 bliss balls

WHAT:

  • 18 large Dates
  • 2 scoops Narcotic Nutrition Cacao/Coconut Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs LSA (optional)
  • 2 tbs water
  • 3 tbs melted coconut oil

  • Desiccated coconut to coat the balls

HOW:

  • Place all of the ingredients, except coconut oil and water, into a high speed food processor or blender
  • Blend until the mixture starts to look like crumbs
  • Add the coconut oil and water and blend
  • Continue until the mixture is soft and combined . Depending on the consistency, you may need to add some more water
  • Roll into small balls
  • Store in the fridge
