you can try this out RAW CARROT CAKE BITES
- 2 scoops hemp protein
- 1 medium sized carrot. (¾ cup)
- ½ cup raw walnuts
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- ¾ cup dates (pitted)
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- zest of orange
- sesame seeds to roll in
- Add all ingredients in a food processor and blitz.
- Mould mix into balls and roll in sesame seeds
- Also good with lemon zest and poppy seeds for rolling in.
- ¼ cup hemp protein
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 cup puffed brown rice
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- a pinch of salt
- ½ cup almond/nut butter
- 1 tbsp vitagreens
- 1tsp maca powder
- ½ cup maple syrup
- Add all dry ingredients in a food processor and blitz.
- Add all wet ingredients to food processor and blitz together.
- Once mixture has combined well, mould mix into balls and roll in desiccated coconut.
