- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 scoops Narcotic Nutrition vanilla & cinnamon hemp protein
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 10 fresh pitted dates
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
- And desiccated coconut for rolling.
- Place walnuts in food processor, process until ground.
- Add almond meal, oats, hemp protein, cacao, cinnamon and salt. Mix until combined.
- Add rice malt syrup then pitted dates one at a time.
- Test to see if mixture starts to come together (if it doesn’t, add a little water then process again).
- Roll in small bite-size balls then roll in coconut.
- Store in fridge.
