RAW CHOC PROTEIN BALLS

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 scoops Narcotic Nutrition vanilla & cinnamon hemp protein
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 10 fresh pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • And desiccated coconut for rolling.

click HOW:

  1. Place walnuts in food processor, process until ground.
  2. Add almond meal, oats, hemp protein, cacao, cinnamon and salt. Mix until combined.
  3. Add rice malt syrup then pitted dates one at a time.
  4. Test to see if mixture starts to come together (if it doesn’t, add a little water then process again).
  5. Roll in small bite-size balls then roll in coconut.
  6. Store in fridge.
